Digital signage seems like a perfect medium for conveying emergency messaging; it's fairly easy to update content, the signage usually is located in highly-trafficked local areas and the screens are large enough that the messages can be detailed and explicit. But it can be difficult to know how best to use digital signage when an emergency happens.
